Art is a life-long resident of Paulding County. He and his wife have two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys being outdoors hunting, fishing and flying in his free time. Art is active with his church, First Baptist Church of Dallas, and in the community through organizations such as The Paulding Rotary Club, Truth in Nature, Paulding Chamber of Commerce, to name a few.
Tina joined the Ragsdale team in February 2024 to manage the safety program, and expanded her role to include Human Resources in 2025. With over 15 years of experience in HR and a deep passion for helping people, Tina has dedicated her career to supporting and empowering others.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending quality time with her family. She and her husband are proud parents of three children and grandparents to seven wonderful grandchildren. Tina's hobbies include golfing and hunting which are activities she loves to share with her family.
Jakia (JJ) joined the Ragsdale family in 2024. She received her MBA from Kennesaw State University, holds her CPA license and has been in accounting roles for 15 years.
JJ is originally from Rochester, NY but has been in Georgia for almost 20 years. She and her husband Rickey have been married for 10 years and have two beautiful daughters. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, playing sports and enjoying some healthy competition.
Debbie has been with Ragsdale since 2008 and brings 25 years of management and customer service experience. Debbie is fully committed to providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. With her diverse job experiences and training, Debbie is able to support Ragsdale’s mission of providing 100% customer satisfaction. By keeping a positive attitude and promoting a positive work environment, all employees are ready, willing and able to offer unparalleled service to every customer.
Debbie and her husband, Gary, have three children and four beautiful grandchildren. Debbie enjoys shopping, furniture antiquing, being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
Ben has 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, 21 of which have been with Ragsdale. During his time here Ben has worked in several departments and was named Vice President of Operations in 2025. He holds many certifications including N.A.T.E in gas heating, air conditioning and heat pumps. Ben enjoys working in this industry because it is always changing and evolving.
Ben is married with two children who are both involved in many activities. He volunteered as the head baseball coach for the past 5 years for all skill levels. He has lived in Paulding County for most of his life and graduated from Paulding County High School and attended college at Georgia Heritage Junior College as well as Chattahoochee Technical College. In his spare time, he enjoys relaxing with family and friends, coaching, playing golf and overall enjoying life.
James has been with Ragsdale for over 10 years and has worked in the plumbing industry for 25 years. James recently received his master plumbing license and is passionate about taking care of customers.
James was born and raised here in Paulding County and loves being a part of the community. He is married to his beautiful wife Suzanne and in his spare time, he enjoys hunting and fishing.
Sara began working for Ragsdale in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative and became the Call Center Manager in 2025. She has 20 years of customer service experience, and she truly loves serving and helping others. Sara desires to be an advocate both for the customer and the company by ensuring that Ragsdale provides the best customer service possible to everyone.
Sara is from originally from Georgia and moved back after spending ten years in Washington state. She loves spending time with her daughter and BIG extended family, as well as being outdoors, camping, and kayaking.
Rene has worked in the HVAC industry since 2006, and with Ragsdale since 2013. She started at our company as the maintenance director, from there she went to sales coordinator and now she is our HVAC Sales Manager.
She has been married to Chuck for 32 years, has 4 boys and 8 beautiful grandchildren.
Larry has been with Ragsdale for over 25 years, mainly serving in the HVAC department. He moved from Pennsylvanie to Georgia in 1999 and has worked at Ragsdale since that time.
Larry enjoys spending his time with family and friends and when he’s not working, he enjoys riding his Harley, hunting, boating, fishing, camping and traveling. Larry has seven grandchildren that keep him very busy.
Jay joined the Ragsdale team May 2022 to open up the electrical department so that the company could be one step closer to a homeowners one stop shop. Jay has an extensive amount of experience in the electrical field of 25+ years. Providing the customer with quality of work as well as REMARKABLE service are his top priorities!
In his off time, Jay is a musician that has performed shows with legends such as Night Ranger, Mother’s Finest, Driven N Cryin, and many more. He also enjoys off roading in his jeep and road trips on his motorcycle with his two daughters.
Ashley joined Ragsdale in August 2021 as our dedicated recruiter. Ashley brings with her over 10 years of staffing experience in the healthcare and construction industries. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Ashley says “there is nothing better than being the person on the other end of the line that gets to say, ‘you got the job’!”
Ashley has been in the Atlanta area since 2006. Her spare time is spent with her family & friends, especially her nephews, Carter and Brooks. She enjoys yoga, Auburn football, and live music.
